HR visiting from Cleveland!

We have had one eventful week! This week Innovative Management Group invited one of the HR Managers from our Cleveland partnering office to Des Moines! While spending the week in Des Moines, Rosie and Innovative Management's HR Manager Angie, have been conducting orientation and developing employees. Along with Rosie, HR Manager Angie has been training and overseeing the administration operations. Thanks for visiting and we hope you have a safe journey back to Cleveland! 

2014 Leadership Conference

This weekend, Innovative Management Group was invited to attend the 2014 Leadership Conference in Chicago, Il. We attend quarterly leadership conferences for the incredible opportunity to hear from the top executive managers in the country.  This weekend, our senior and corporate trainers learned about the fundamentals of our business, the success and struggles, and advice on how to continue being the top company for our clients to work with.
